Fast and Cheap Treatment of Vaginosis: Vinegar
Treatment Of Vaginosis September 9th, 2009
Vaginosis is a very common infection that affects women between the ages of fifteen and forty five. If you have this infection, you will often notice swelling of the vagina and a discharge that smells very fishy. You may also experience some severe itching and a burning sensation. Luckily there is a fast and inexpensive treatment of vaginosis that can be done using only vinegar. Read below for the steps you will have to use for this treatment of vaginosis.
Step 1: Make sure that you buy only 100% natural and preferably organic vinegar. Apple cider vinegar works best, but white vinegar can be used with success as well. Buy a large jug of it, because you will likely need several applications for it to work.
Step 2: There are a few different ways you can apply the vinegar. The most common is to simply add a few cups of the vinegar to your bath water and then lie in it, making sure that the vinegar has access to your vagina. The second way is to dilute the vinegar with one part water to one part vinegar and then apply it to the outside of the vagina.
Step 3: Whatever method you choose, make sure that you use the treatment at least once each day if you are using the bath water method. If you are using the method where you simply apply the diluted vinegar to the outside of your vagina, you should do this several times per day for optimum results.
Vinegar makes a wonderful treatment of vaginosis that starts to work rather quickly. You should notice that the itching and burning sensations go away completely within just a few days, and the entire infection should clear up within just a few weeks.
